     Suspected child abuse in a DoD-sponsored out-of-home care facility, including child development centers, family child care, youth programs or schools, can be reported to FAP or the DoD Child Abuse Safety and Violation Hotline at 1-800-336-4592.

      Family Advocacy.......................  (907)353-4331/2 
     The family advocacy provides assessment and counseling services for victims, offenders and families of child abuse/neglect and spouse abuse. Services are also offered to families "at risk" for incidents of domestic violence. Services include individual, family and group therapy to address anger control, communication skills, relationship enhancement and parenting skills.

Hourly Care Program................361-9056
     For Hourly Care reservations call 907-361-9056 between the hours of 8:30 and 1630. Children must be registered with Parent Central Services to attend.

     Drop-in care serves children ages six weeks to kindergarten and is available by appointment for parents needing intermittent care for up to five hours a day. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.

CDC I bldg 4024 and II bldg 4176 are fully accredited programs through the National Association for the Education of Young Children, certified by the Department of Defense and follow the USDA food program nutritional guidelines.

To enroll parents need to contact Parent Central Services at 907-353-737.

     The program offers two, three and five day sessions each week. Morning and afternoon classes are available depending on enrollment. Each session consists of three hours of enrichment.

     Part Day Pre-school is for children 3-5 years of age. We offer M-W-F and T-Th morning classes and M-F afternoon classes. Children must be registered with Parent Central Services to attend.

     You and your child are welcome to come join the fun and make new friends Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at School Age Servcies (SAS) Bldg. 4391(excluding holidays). Transportation for Families to and from the playgroup is available from the Northern Lights Inn at 9:30 a.m.

     There will be opportunities to participate in a planned age appropriate project as well as play for kids and networking among parents.


Financial Assistance

Don’t struggle with finances on your own, let FRP give you the tools and understanding necessary to be financially responsible. FRP provides budget counseling and personal financial management. Soldiers and Families may request one-on-one financial counseling.
